Die Geburt des neuen Ich beschliesst den Workshop, der von Becoming Uma gehalten wird. Unterstützt wird sie dabei von ihren SchülerInnen aus der Ausbildung in Deep Shamanic & Spiritual Practices.

In a journey into the underworld, we free our "old" parts from everything that is unresolved, so that we can move into a future in which they no longer take control of our life plans.
The birth of the new self concludes the workshop, which is held by Becoming Uma. She is supported by her students from the training in Deep Shamanic & Spiritual Practices.

Was lässt du hinter dir?
Eine neue Beziehung, ein neuer Job, einschneidende Erlebnisse und Veränderungen: all diese Events in unseren Leben brauchen ein echtes gehen lassen des Alten und willkommen heissen des Neuen. Sonst werden wir ewig in Wiederholungen gefangen bleiben, und wirklich Neues kann nur langsam und mühsam in unser Leben kommen.
Unsere Psyche braucht Rituale, braucht Zeremonien, um uns den Übergang leicht zu machen - so wie im tatsächlichen Sterbeprozess, der, rituell begangen, dem Sterbenden den Übergang in den Tod erleichtert.
What do you leave behind?
A new relationship, a new job, dramatic experiences and changes: all of these events in our lives require a real letting go of the old and welcoming of the new. Otherwise we will remain trapped in repetition forever, and something truly new can only come into our lives slowly and laboriously.
Our psyche needs rituals, needs ceremonies to make the transition easier for us - just like in the actual dying process, which, when performed ritually, makes the transition into the afterlife easier for the dying person.

Guiding through the journey
Durch den Prozess des Journeys wird dich Becoming Uma, Hannah Achenbach, leiten. Die Meisterschamanin ist Gründerin von Hera's Fruit und der Ausbildung in Deep Shamanic & Spiritual Practices. Unterstützt wird sie dabei von TrainerInnen und SchülerInnen der Ausbildung. Die schamanischen Räume, die von dieser Gruppe kreiert werden, sind sehr mächtig und heilsam.
Guiding through the journey
Becoming Uma, Hannah Achenbach, will guide you through the journey process. The master shaman is founder of Hera's Fruit and the training in Deep Shamanic & Spiritual Practices. She is supported by trainers and students of the training. The shamanic spaces created by this group are very powerful and healing.

Die Live Musik des Soundbaths, der schamanischen Reisen und des Breathworks ermöglichen es uns, andere Bereiche des Gehirns zu nutzen, als es im alltäglichen Leben möglich ist. Gepaart mit dem verbundenen Atem im Breathwork können dadurch innere Bilder und Gespräche entstehen, die uns Bereiche von uns selbst erschliessen, die sonst verborgen sind.
The live music of the sound bath, the shamanic journeys and the breathwork allow us to use other areas of the brain than are possible in everyday life. Coupled with the connected breath in breathwork, this can create inner images and conversations that reveal areas of ourselves that are otherwise hidden.
